I removed the caps and the smell is not the same.

There is a puddle under my car after I drive. There was a puddle when I sprayed that stuff in my car. I'm not smelling a new smell after spraying that stuff. I'm smelling the same smell. That's why I think something is leaking.

I bought 3 cans of z1. 2 of the cans were for the car in question. I sprayed 1 can in the drain tube. The other can was sprayed in the vents and behind the glove box. The cabin air filter was just changed recently so it wasn't dirty.

OK so I sprayed that 1Z stuff in the drain tube and the smell is still there. So now I'm positive it is not mold or mildew and that it's a chemical smell.

OK. While I wait for the can to ship would it be a bad idea to spray lysol through my ac?

Why does the smell go away when she changes the speed of the air coming out of the vents?

No it does not. I've ran the car with the heat on and outside air and the smell went away for a couple days but it came back. Now she drives with the outside air on most of the time. A couple minutes after the outside are is off, the smell comes back. But like I said above, the smell lasts...

I applied opticoat 2.0 about 6 months ago and it is not beading anymore. I clayed, irox-x, compounded, and polished the car. I then wiped it down with eraser and washed it again with dawn soap. I waited for it to totally dry and then applied the opticoat. It has/had a total of 2 coatings on it...

I put a coat of optiseal on top of my aunts car. I was going to top it tomorrow with Collinite 845. Would that work? Could I put another coat of optiseal and then collinite on the car? How long should I wait before topping?
