oh ok atm i can't afford to get a repaint is there anything i can do to make it look bit better while i save up for a spray job

hey i just bought my first car (Holden Commodore VS Executive) but it came with some serioius paint damage is the whitish gray stuff all over the roof oxidation? and is it fixable short of getting a paint job? thanks James
