I agree that the yellow pads are really aggressive and that is why I keep them in the spare pads bin. I tried it out on my 400k mile corolla paintjob as practice, but have done a few of my other cars with uber foam pads and the kompressor pad that came with my kit.

It takes some getting used to especially if you are going from a 7424 straight to the PE-14. I am not a professional, and I just like to detail my own cars. The key is to maintain proper balance, and you don't need to turn it all the way up while buffing. I started out with a spare LC yellow...

Got mine a few days ago and sampled it on a hood of one of my cars. Definitely a who new process compared to the 7424XP obviously, but hopefully I gain a feel for it soon enough. One thing for sure is that it is a quality piece of machinery.

I just got mine with a certificate #55 signed by Max, however did you guys who received your units get the flex bag in another shipment?
