All, I have decided on purchasing the GG 6 polisher to get into detailing, and remove the light to medium swirls from my black Ford paint. I'm looking for recommendations on products to handle this. Also, would I start out by using an orange pad with the polish? I'm thinking 1 polish/swirl...

Helpful info... thanks! Not at all. There is so much crap out there, and it seems like they all do the same ####! I think I might do the GG6 with the blackfire combination. But then again, the HD combo seems like it has more correction ability.

Thanks for your input guys! I think for my first time around, I'd like to fill in the swirls with the PC before I start removing clear coat. I know Blacklight has a minor amount of abrasives inside and can actually correct the paint if used correctly -- which I don't mind! Can anyone chime in...
