    does opti-seal layer?

Up to how many layers can you do until it doesn't provide anything further? 2 layers, 3? Also when you let it dry 12 hours and do another layer what would be the best way to prep the dusty or slightly dirty surface from an outdoor vehicle before applying the next layer?

Would you use a nanoskin on an older classic/muscle car with custom paint, or stick with traditional clay?

For those of you that ever work on classic cars or muscle cars I'm sure you deal with all types of paint jobs, single stages, two stages, soft paints, hard coats...etc. So with that said, I have the nanoskin clay hand mitt in addtition to the traditional Meguiars clay as well as the pinnacle...

Best aluminum polish on classic/muscle cars? Intake manifolds, valve covers, etc...

Never tried collinite before... I've only used like mothers and the other blue little can metal polish for aluminum. Both ok I guess but still wanted something a bit more effective than the mothers aluminum polish. Is collinite an OTC product or no?

A true unbiased & honest opinion, How is Detailers Coating vs. Pinnacle "Black Label" Coating?

Ok thanks Setec. Just looked it up right now. Optimum Paint Coating For the price though of $59.99 you only get 10cc? How many cars can you get out of only 10cc? I noticed for $10 cheaper the Detailers brand coating is 4 oz. Detailer’s Paint Coating, nano paint sealant, ceramic paint...

When you do a detail, do you always claybar the glass in addition to the paint?

Just curious to see how many out there clay bar the glass in addition to the paint when doing a detail job for a customer? Also do you put any type of protective product or wax over the glass if you are one that does in fact clay it? Thanks

    Menzerna power finish

That sounds like a good combination. Which machine are you using when doing this? Also in which case do you finish off your PF2500 with SF4000 vs. SF4500? I have both. Very true, especially when some clear coats can be softer vs harder ones like BMW and Mercedes. So would a white pad be the...

A true unbiased & honest opinion, How is Detailers Coating vs. Pinnacle "Black Label" Coating?

To start, I first have been looking into testing sealers (such as the Wolfgang 3.0) in comparison to the polymer waxes such as the optimum spray wax. Now however, after much reading... and reading... and reading so much here at autogeek, I recently started contemplating the idea of exploring...

    Menzerna power finish

With the Menzerna Power Finish (PF 2500) 1-step what speed do you guys usually run it on with either a white vs orange pad on which Machine? I have a porter cable 7424xp & a Flex 3401 VRG. The Flex is probably the better option for this 1-step you all think? I usually use the porter cable for...

Boom! Menzerna raises the bar again!

Wow it did that much better than the M105 with a microfiber pad? Other than wool pads I had thought the MF pads would be more aggressive for defect removal but thats pretty cool you were able to do it with FG400 and Lake Country orange. For the defects on that Mercedes at what speed were you...
