    CG Black Light vs Glossworks

Thanks, I'll look into the WG Glaze, seems like a nice product to use, I assume I'd use the glaze before the sealant like the chart says? :D

    CG Black Light vs Glossworks

Thanks for the links and info, I have the WG Sealant and not glaze actually, which would be applied after correcting the paint, then after the wax, no? I would just use the Black Light to hide some swirls for now, I'll do a light correction/polish next summer, car only has 2500miles, swirls...

    CG Black Light vs Glossworks

Called Chemical Guys, and GlossWorks and Black Light have similar properties, was told that if I have Black Light, no need for GlossWorks. Was told this is the correct order to apply them, wait 30mins to dry after applying, then remove and apply next step 30mins after removing.

    CG Black Light vs Glossworks

I want something that can fill in the minor swirls that I have, the car has already been polished and want to avoid removing any more clear for now. I already have the Black Light, and saw the Glossworks and its specs, should I get the Glossworks instead or on top of the black light...

New paint full of minor swirl marks, can it be fixed?

Thanks for the info, I did take a closer look at the paint, and it really doesn't match, in direct sunlight, the car is Tuxedo Black, lots of metallic flakes in the paint and the bumper has lots of swirls, almost looks like someone tried buffing the paint without any polish compound with a...

New paint full of minor swirl marks, can it be fixed?

Well it seems like they took it the right way, told me to come in and discuss options, paint and work is warrantied for life, as long as I'm the owner of the car.

Yea, I'm afraid so, not sure how they'll take it

New paint full of minor swirl marks, can it be fixed?

On a same note, in direct sunlight, there's a paint difference as well compared to my quarter panels. I did ask them not to touch the quarter panels, simply paint the bumper hoping they could get the paint to match nearly perfectly, but wasn't the case. Paint is warranty for life, just not...

New paint full of minor swirl marks, can it be fixed?

That's what I was wondering, if they would eventually come out, very disappointed that the bodyshop didn't notice it though. I've looked online and it seems with the proper polish/glaze I can still do it while the paint is nearly new

New paint full of minor swirl marks, can it be fixed?

I'll try to get some pictures, but car is someone dusty now, not sure if I'll be able to capture the swirl marks, no more sun as well :( My biggest concern was that since the swirl marks are in the new fresh paint, that nothing could be done to remove them, almost like baked in there now?

New paint full of minor swirl marks, can it be fixed?

Just had my rear bumper replaced and repainted by a bodyshop in my city. Car's color is a Tuxedo Black, and car only has about 1900 miles on it. It seems like they did a buffing job on the brand new paint/bumper and caused minor swirl marks all over it that can only be apparent in the sun/direct...

Thanks all for your input, I have most of my products and have a good technique as well. I was just curious as to should I buy the JetSeal even if I have the WG DGPS?

Microfiber Towel to remove sealant/wax on black car

Thanks for the links, I'll definitely check them out. As for the link, I know, as soon as I posted, realized that I shouldn't have linked another website :bash: I just can't edit my first post :(

    Tuxedo Black Paint maintenance seal/wax/wash

Someone of a bump to my own thread, was wondering which sealant is the best; Chemical Guys JetSeal 109 or Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant 3.0? I have the WG sealant already, but saw the JetSeal (which I don't have) works great as well on dark cars.

Microfiber Towel to remove sealant/wax on black car

I'm wondering, what the best microfiber out there? I'm looking for one that will remove wax and sealant without causing any swirl/marks on my Tuxedo black car? I see various companies, from Chemical Guys, Meguiars, Blackfire, etc... I already have all my products as per this thread...
