I'm pretty sure this is from a freshly paved parking lot I parked in. I got some Megs Bug and Tar remover and tried it out today while washing car. Washed panel first, then sprayed the Bug and Tar foam. Didn't dry panel before though so the foam just ran down. I was able to get smaller streaks...
