    How do I get these spots of my windows w/o scratching them?

    If I do that, can I expect to get micro-scratches. My last car's windshield was very hard to see through when driving towards the sun... or bright lights... due to the refractions in all the scratches. No kidding: replacing a windshield these days is well over $1000 due to internal wires...
