If the water spots aren't etched in, you may want to try claying the windshield.

I used to use it undiluted by squeezing it out of a squeeze bottle on to a wood staining pad, but found it a little too thick to spread easily and evenly. Now I dilute it 1:1 and spray it out of a trigger sprayer on to the same wood staining pad, much easier to use this way.

That's what I normally do, but this nozzle must've had a defective shutoff mechanism, because immediately after it triggered, about an ounce or so of gas flooded the area and dripped down the side of my car.

Is the Mother's cleaner much more effective on tires than an APC? I've had no trouble getting my wheels clean with OPC with agitation, but anything that would help get the brown off of tires without a ton of scrubbing would be great.

Did you need to use most of the bottle to clean four wheels and tires like some of the reviewers say?

Sounds good, I'll give them a try. How do you find their durability? The Lowes sponges start leaving little bits of sponge on my car after 10 to 20 uses.

I'm a little surprised by this since the gallon container of Aquawax I have doesn't mention UV protection at all. It's one of the reasons I switched to OCW. Knowing this, I'd still choose OCW over Aquawax having used both extensively.

What's so special about this Aqua sponge that it's worth the cost of 6 Lowes grout sponges?
