I just turned 64, I think. I've been detailing my own cars for as long as I can remember, about 10 years. The best thing is I have very nice shiny cars and I can take my sweet ass time doing it. You youngsters should enjoy life and everything it offers.

Thanks for having a giveaway. I recently purchased a Boss G15 to go with my PC 7424. I've only used foam pads so it would be great to tryout some MF pads and I'll write a review on them.

Nice job on the detail. I have a 1979 Trans Am and I think they are a real nice car. When I drag raced many years ago I would apply a very thin coat of vaseline on the lower rear quarters and wheel wells before a day at the races and I would be able to easliy wipe the rubber off.

I can tell that was at Epping, NH. I spent many, many hours up there during the 70's & 80's testing and racing which led to running up and down the coast from Gainesville, FL to Montreal. The "GOOD OLD" days!

Re: Dr Colorchip, Jesus H Christ! I had a similar problem with Dr. Colorchip. They were very accommodative and worked with me until the paint matched perfectly. I would suggest you just call them and explain to them nicely what your problem is and I am sure they will resolve the issue.
