Thank you! Thank you for the feedback. I haven't used a pressure washer yet. My usual approach to really bad jambs(obviously not in this case)is to scrub the jambs with a speed master brush, then rinse with a garden hose nozzle. I'll have to get a 15 degree nozzle for my PW and try that though...
