I am looking into a better drying towel. I have a harbor freight that works better than one I picked up at Walmart. The walmart does not absorb, Harbor freight is soaked after half the truck is done.I was considering the Rag company 1500, then saw Auto fiber. Any suggestions appreciated.

I have used the Sio2 sealant and love the ease and durability. Wondering if the deep gloss is similar or use the two together. Ant thoughts.

Wax? Any coating for paint? Just wondering.

It is a painted aluminum boat. Not gel coat.

Not making more work. Just wanted to have the right stuff on hand if I tackle a bit tougher paint correction. (Possibly my aluminum boat)

I used the ultimate compound and then the polish. Loved the results, but it was my first time. What would be the compound before the ultimate compound and after the ultimate polish, or is that overkill?

What about starting with maguire m205 then move to maguires ultimate compound? Would like to pick up supplies tomorrow if possible. I am 45 minutes from any large town. Suggestions for compounds appreciated.

Cheaper avid power polisher, came with three pads, orange, yellow and black. I am trying to be as gentle as possible, first. 2018 dodge ram 1500 I have not started yet. Gonna practice on a 2008 ford edge that needs help.

Thank you! Saved me 38 dollars! The paint is in very good condition. I am going no further than wash, clay, wg sio2 then admire! No idea on a wash routine yet. Waiting for winter to end before jumping into this. I am in northern Michigan and it doesn't really warm up until June!

Just got a new, used truck. I plan to clay, then apply wolfgang uder sio2 silica spray. Been reading quite a bit and wonder if I need the iron x before clay?
