Exactly! The less bending over the better. I have 2 of these and use one as a bucket stand and the new one with the center hole/handle gets used to wash the top of the suv.
Home Depot has the Gorilla Ladders 20 inch Work Platform for $39.88 (regular price $74.97 - a 47% savings) again as part of their Black Friday Savings. The load capacity is 300 lb., and it folds to 3.25 in. for easy storage. I had the Werner work platform, but now have 2 Gorilla platforms, and...
I have had success placing the coating bottle inside a mason jar and storing them indoors. I have some DLUX that is over 3 years old and is still liquid.
I soak a thin MF towel in my rinesless wash and place it over the bugs for 5-10 minutes, then just wipe them off. This even works on the love bugs we get in here in Florida, and does not remove your LSP.
I tried a few of their products over 10 years ago and switched to something that worked better. I do still have some Celeste Dettaglio paste wax that I got for working (actually mostly sitting for 3 hours) in the Chemical Guys booth at Detail Fest many years ago. The 2 company reps (maybe one...
I purchased my black 2000 Frontier new and it was always outside for the 1st 10 years I owned it, getting some protection when I had the bug. I started learning here and on other detailing forums in 2010 (and I was able to park in a garage when at work), and it was properly cared for until it...

I agree that these are aggressive, but a time saver! I use the CarPro microfiber gloves for bad steering wheels - a little easier to use than a towel when you need some serous scrubbing!
"Client is selling his beloved 911. Wanted it corrected and protected for the next owner/caregiver. FULL of swirls, some heavier scratches and some etchings."
That seems kind of backwards - Why pay for someone else to have a great looking shiney car!
I am with Guz on recommending the Rupes yellow wool - great pads.
I have been using MF pads since Meg's brought out their MF cutting and finishing pads + the matching polishes. I spoke with Mike Pennington at a Detail Fest, and he recommended using 2 dots of M105 + 1 dot of D301(?) on a...
A detail spray is just for shine, while a spray wax will have some protection. With the advances in technology the spray waxes are lasting longer and longer.
I have not tried the spray waxes you listed (I used Optimum Spray Wax as part of a rinseless wash in the past), but like what I hear...
