Add on: I’ve also tried chrome polishes and just every single thing I could think of and it shines it up but it doesn’t get the stains out

I am having trouble with the trim on the Mercedes Benzs, around the windows. It’s the same fake chrome (plastic?) around the windows on a lot of higher end cars. They always seem to get stained or discolored. I am just wondering if anyone else has had these problems and know of a solution or...
