I recently got some #26 Hi Tech Yellow Paste Wax, its not the same light color it used to be, looks almost identical to Gold Class Carnuaba Plus, doesn't have the same smell either. When did the formula change? Oldest #26 on the right New #26 on the right, GCCP on left Old #26...

I see every other category represented by Mother's except this one ? <ore like $15 to $25 now though.

The best thing for me and brake dust was switching to Akebono Brake Pads! Mercedes OEM pads are notorious for black brake dust.

Is the 05500 comparable to Meguiar's Gold Class Carnauba Plus? I've never seen guys use 26 as a stand alone product they always top something with it. Would 05550 Pure Carnauba Paste be Ok as an only wax or is it meant to use on top of another wax only?
