    Dashboard crack repair

    Evening all, Long time since I've posted here! I have a crack in my dashboard, and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations in this area. I was checking out the 3M Leather & Vinyl Repair kit but I am not sure if that would work here. The crack is about 6 inches long and it's a straight...

    Leather Steering Wheel Re-Dye {2004 Infiniti M45}

    Used to be like a dark grey. I'm sure with a very small acrylic brush you could be careful around the stitching... Otherwise, I'm not sure.

    Leather Steering Wheel Re-Dye {2004 Infiniti M45}

    Computer and bad phone camera don't do it justice = but yes, there is stitching. It blends in because I went over it with the dye and clear.

    Leather Steering Wheel Re-Dye {2004 Infiniti M45}

    Yes. Because I used a foam brush, the surface was very rough, even after the clear coat. 1500 is very fine, and worked it to a buttery smooth finish. The entire wheel had to be done at this point.

    Leather Steering Wheel Re-Dye {2004 Infiniti M45}

    Evening, geeks! Been on vacation since last Wednesday, and took on a mighty project. I re-dyed the leather on my steering wheel. On my old car, I simply covered it up. This time, the worn out 12:00 position needed something better - that and I couldn't stomach putting a cover on this car...

    Removing swirls from a Infiniti 04 Q45

    I find on my Infiniti, also a 2004, M105/205 combo works terrific. I know you want it done by Sun, but just giving my 0.02

    White wine spill...

    Thank you for your input. I thought about doing something along those lines, ie taking the back seat out but I sort of feel it won't be worth it or might not work...

    White wine spill...

    Received an e-mail the other day about a white whine spill in their trunk. Said it soaked into the back seat, and the car now smells of alcohol. From my knowledge, once it's soaked and dried their isn't much you can do about it. Is this true? My other thought was a polishing pad cleaner. It...

    How to clean fender wells the lazy way!

    It's funny you post this - I just did it this past weekend! My M45 sits too low, and the wheels are on too tight from the shop so I just improvised. Works just as well, and looks great, too!

    Thinking about Dr. Colorchip... Is it too late?

    So, come spring time I want to delve into the touch up paint world. I've read Dr. Colorchip is a superior product, so I figured I go with that. However, my front bumper has a lot of road rash which leaves me questioning: Is it too late? My pictures aren't that good since I decided to take them...

    Can I fix My Wrinkled Leather Seat?

    Yes, I think a couple more goes would do the trick. I mostly did this so the OP could see it worked for someone on here, further implying it works.

    Can I fix My Wrinkled Leather Seat?

    Well, I decided to head outside and just do it now. My car is 8 years old, and has Sojourn black leather. Lots of wear on these seats. I was planning on restoring the drivers seat come spring time, and I'm glad I spotted this. If the towel trick works for my old leather, it'll probably work for...

    Can I fix My Wrinkled Leather Seat?

    Fascinating video. I've wondered about this since I picked up my car In July. My drivers seat leather is stretched where you sit. I'm glad someone asked this!

    thoughts on touchless carwash

    Living in New England, washing during the winter is a must! However, I don't like my driveway becoming an ice skating rink... I do from time to time run it through the touchless, but usually the cheapest one (least amount of chemicals). I then go home and get out my quick detail spray and then...
