I need to clean the seats on my Subaru Legacy GT while I have the Lexol kit I hear that the conditioner does nothing for the seats but add more dirt over time.. I'm at a lost here.. I was going to get the Chemical Guys Leather Cleaner and Conditioner however visiting the website was a turn off...

I'm just going to leave them be I think until the headlight starts to haze over.. Sorry for the long delay I can't just get another headlight since the headlights came from Japan it would require me to buy another pair which is around $290 or so. Only thing is when the headlights are on it...

That looks better then others I've seen with a total cloud over.

Well I had planned on sanding the whole headlight down anyways so I will figure out which to start with first.. I have the headlights apart right now for the moment because of some other work being done to it but i might get around to it tomorrow. it will be nice if I can have it go away...

I've done a restore before but it was just hazing not something like this.. also the lowest grit I think I have right now is 400 or 800 I can't remember at the moment.. but I have some all the way up to 3000 grit.

I was running my fingernail over them and you can feel the roughness but I was wondering after sanding and all is it too deep?

Quick question where can you find mixing cups? Michaels has nothing.

^ agree I found this thread and the other large one on google looking for ways to keep the headlight clear for something longer then just 4 months outdoors. Seems crazy at first until you see the final.

I'm so glad I found this thread I picked up all my stuff from home depot to do my headlights, all I need now is a mixing cup.

Good thing the helsman is on sale at home depot I think It was $12.98 instead of $15 Forgot to get a mixing cup however I skipped the 180 grit sandpaper because the headlights are not in that bad of a shape.

I just came from Home depot this morning and I went to check and the can 1 qt. was like $6 something I saw no other sizes.

Aggh wished they sold them in smaller bottles the can size they still at Home depot is enough to last me like 3 years..
