Try the Meguiars rubber and vinyl cleaner. It doesn't make them slick at all and gives them a nice color again!!

I keep all my stuff in the garage. I have never had any problems even through Indiana winters. Some garages have pretty bad insulation so it's up to you and why you feel most comfortable with!!

LOVE Ultima tire and trim guard. Brings the color back and doesn't run in the rain. Lasts a long time and a little goes a long way so you will have PLENTY!!!

I would definitely use opti-coat if you can get it!! Easiest way to keep them sealed over time!

OK newbie question. Is this a product to apply before your wax or sealant? Or is this something that can be applied over your sealant? I'm assuming since it has light abrasives that it should be applied before?
