Smokinss, Im thinking about going with a full detail as well. What stage of detailing would you recommend for my car since it hasn't been detailed in quite a while? Also it's in open market here and I would detail on weekends in the past. What's some good literature I can read to tighten up...

I totally agree. I believe are they are being a little dishonest. The paint is an excellent condition everywhere else; I can't see why it would be bad in one area. Hence, when I asked about their detailers, "I have seen better". They crazy part is the owner has a Mecedes Benz, Lexus, and Porshce...
