    Did Uber Ceramic...now what?

Being so low maintenance is why I was hesitant on ceramic coatings. I just use ONR diluted to detail spray to clean the dust up, having so much free time now makes me want to go back to wax.

    My usual PC problem

I've tried everything up to a red hexlogic pad and M205. I'm wondering if I'm not holding the pad completely flat, but I can't figure out how to tell.

    My usual PC problem

Once again, I've somehow put holograms in the car. This has been my problem since the beginning, and nothing I've been told so far can fix it. Single stage red Mitsubishi paint. White polishing pad with a finishing polish can't fix it. Suggestions?

    Help with holograms?

Bought a black test panel that's full of swirls and holograms. I have successfully removed the swirls, but there are still holograms. I used a PC 7424, a white Hexlogic with M105, and then used m205 with a white pad. Attempts at correcting the holograms with a black pad and Megs Ultimate Polish...

    Help - I screwed up!

Not cc paint. Anywhere on the car, I can get paint transfer by hand. I don't think its the primer either, because on the rear passenger quarter, primer showing through is brown. I'm considering a repaint on the trunk anyway, has some rust starting up, and the edges had no paint to begin with...

    Help - I screwed up!

Now what have I done? This was a test spot. Did a few passes with some pads and polishes, and now I have a light spot? Doesn't look any less black under bright lights, only evening sun set light shows this. Paint almost looks duller too.

    Help - I screwed up!

After the compound/polish, I just spray/wipe with 30% IPA solution. I'll get a better picture in the sun in a few hours.

    Help - I screwed up!

My original test spots had worked great. I used an orange cutting pad with 105, then went to 205 with a white pad. Finish was crystal clear, only screwed it all up when I used the MF pad to get rid of some scratches, couldn't fix it after that. Luckily it's only half the trunk, and not the whole...

    Help - I screwed up!

I'm starting to think that. Previous owner told me it was hard paint.

    Help - I screwed up!

Well, I've tried the suggestions. And after those didn't work, I started trying random combos and nothing is working. Ignore the specs in the paint, it's very old. I'm damn near ready to just glaze it, hide the marks and pretend I never picked up a buffer.

    Help - I screwed up!

100% sure pads are clean, Im using brand new ones, and very carefully washing ones I've used. Worked the test spot for a few passes. Maybe 2-3 with the MF pad? Then a few with a white pad. The paint was trashed. Scratches are gone, but it's now hologram central.

Not trolling. Used the machine with about 10lbs of pressure on it at speed 6, and that's what it looked like after an IPA wipe.

    Help - I screwed up!

Car is a Volvo 1800, but had been repainted with a moderately hard paint about 30 years ago I have some orange foam pads, many white ones, and some black ones, all hexlogic. I have m105 and m205, I also have something called P1 compound from Clear finish, along with a matching P2 finish.

Test spot about 8 inches by 8 inches.

    Help - I screwed up!

I'm a beginner, and I had purchased a PC7424xp. I used a microfiber cutting pad + M105 on my paint, I then moved to a white pad and M205. Swirls are gone, but my paint is horribly hologramed, and I'm here feeling like an idiot. What should I do? (Besides hand it over to a pro)
