I've heard a lot of good things about 303, but many people say that meguiars leaves a greasy shine and I should avoid it?

I have black plastic interior on my 15 TLX it tends to get small whitesh/gray marks on it. Anyone have any recommendations for cleaning and protecting it in order to prevent these? Thanks!
