Plastic, Real strong stuff. I just tried wheel dressing then ran water all over it, then blew it dry and its still goofy lookin. I'm stumped so I may just tell him to forget it. PS I've already scrubbed the devil out off it with mild soap first.

Yes, its a diamond plate design, grayish dis-color. I've seen them brand new at home depot.

I have a costumer/Friend That has a plastic heavy duty tool box in the back of his truck and he wants it shiny again. Well I've never dealt with this problem, what is the best thing to put on it that will last a long time etc. Yours truly, Arms.falling.off
