I would say $120 tops for wash, clay decon(maybe throw some iron remover if your nice enough, upto you), and wax/AIO

Ive been pretty successfuly with claybarring the exterior glass surface first, wiping it clean with a microfiber and then going over it with my glass cleaner(meguiars glass cleaner) and havent had any streaks at all.
