Okay so I should be good, I just know that after applying CSL I'm gonna want to call it a day, so if I can apply the 2 coats EXO V4 the next day that would be perfect.
Yea I was planning on maintaining with ECH20 and reload or bead maker. This will be my 3rd coating I've done, I have Cquartz UK and Gliss on my girlfriends car but have heard such good things about CSL wanted to try it on my own car.
I'm about to do this exact same application, I have CSL and EXO V4, I was wondering I know it says to apply the EXO right after CSL, and you recommend waiting an hour and then applying EXO. What if I were to wait till the next day before applying EXO V4, is there any harm in waiting for CSL to...
I asked CarPro about this situation, if it is in fact the coating that is hazed or streaked you can use Essence Plus to fix the area and it won't damage the coating. Essence plus has no abrasives in it, if you use essence it will fix the issue but you will have to reapply the cquartz. You may...
I'm half in the same boat with you, I noticed it works really well at removing water spots out of the coating but just doesn't even phase any type of scratches even very small ones.
After applying, it's going to sit in the garage for 48hrs straight befor being driven so there's no chance it'll be getting wet. So you apply one coat, wait an hour, apply the second coat, and then about a half hour after the second coat top with reload.
yeah I was thinking about it but I don't have gliss yet and I'm under a little bit of a time crunch since I have the free time this weekend I'd like to get the 2 coats of CQ UK on it and get the reload over the top and then I've heard you can always apply gliss after the fact.
This weekend I'm going to undertake the process of applying CQ UK 3.0 to my vehicle, I'd like to apply 2 layers but I'm little confused as to when I should be spraying reload on it. The directions read to spray reload after 30 minuts of applying, but would I spray that after the first layer...
Haha I dont even remember you taking that picture!
Yeah great results with HD cut and HD polish, just have to get the hail damage I have repaired on June 3rd and then hopefully be able to finish the rest of the car.
Yeah, absolutely! God knows need all the help I can get. I'm trying to order stuff to try this weekend, I want to try the HD stuff but went the Menzerna route at least for this weekend. I also ordered the SF4000 and SF4500 figure might as well.
Hey thanks for the tip about autoality, I did the membership as soon as I got home. Ordered the menzerma fg400, the m105, and couple flat orange pads. I'm going to get this damn nissan to correct if it kills me, haha!
Hex logic pads foam on my GG 6" DA polisher. Best performance so far has been M205 as a one step, seems like anything stronger and I either get no correction or bad marring and hazing.
This is after V32 and the orange microfiber pad you can see there's no correction.
This is after V32 and an orange foam pad, this is after I wiped away all the polish, you can see what it did to the paint.
This is the same spot as the previous picture after M205 and a white foam pad...
