Do you think the Chemical guys honeydew foam wash is also leaving anything behind that is inhibiting the Gloss coat? It does describe that it has any additives or waxes. I do know the Meguirs is a washn wax type so I will pitch that.

I been using them for 25 years with no issue. I only use to get the light dust/pollen off of a recently washed vehicle. They will not clean a car that is dirty from rain or more than a few days of driving dirt. I have no scratches from them.

I used the Meguiars Fast Finish since my truck is lifted alot of the underside is visable. I used it on my undercarriage rear axle and wheel wells and it works great. Been a year and still holding up.
