I compounded/polished to no avail. It literally looks likes thousands of little chips out of the clear

Can anyone tell what this? It looks like a ton of small etches/missing pieces of clear coat all throughout my car.

What is the correct pad/speed to use when using an AIO? Also how do you just lay it on like regular wax or work it in like a polish?

As a small guy doing it part time, I charge 80.00 for a interior,wash,clay,and a aio.:dunno:

Hey guys, I'm new here and have a question. I recently picked up a PC DA with meguiars compound and polish. I use LC hydrotech pads. My question is how do I know when I need to use compound and polish vs. just polish? Thanks, John
