I use the Mothers MF's, are really inexpensive, i can get this locally (i live in Guatemala, so i have to ship overseas all my detailing supplies) the quality is really good, and work great for production...
There are edgeless microfiber towels, and also some plush MF, i buy them at like $4- $5...

I really like Mother's claybar is really mild and cheap... If you have the chance, try the ONR for clay lube, it is amazing, and if diluted properly you'll have a great quality Clay lube for a long time.

I had the same question. Shouldn't just the Washmitt (after the whole car is "foamed") scratch the paint, without using a bucket with a gritguard?
