Please, help me adjusting Rupes 75E/mini shopping cart, or a Rotary?

Now I am thinking about getting the Duetto too. Buy the 75, you will love it and worth every penny in my mind.

Please, help me adjusting Rupes 75E/mini shopping cart, or a Rotary?

Trust me when I say Rupes polisher with microfiber. After trying their microfiber pads, I fell in love. The system is so smooth and such great results. I was removing 3000 grit sanding marks with the 75 like it was no ones business, and that was with Duragloss #501 which is an AIO paint...

Thanks. I have two black cars, what was I thinking?

2010 Kia Forte LX - Rupes, Duragloss, Nanoskin

Well I finally got around to the Forte. History: This was a rental vehicle. Now I got an amazing deal so I took it. The paint was in bad shape, you know when they wash, they wash with sandpaper at the rental shops so that became very evident. I tried to do a correction a month ago with a...

Black McLaren MP4-12c by High End Detail

Nice work. I love the simplicity of your detail on such a high end car! 3 hours is very impressive.

    Rupes 15 or 21

Thinking about the 12E as well. I am a sucker once I find what I like. At this point, the 21 and 75 are enough to keep me tied down for a while unless I get a boom in detailing.

The "What products/polishers and process did you use on that expensive ride" post

I totally understand why some masterful detailers or people doing their own thing might not want to share, and that is OK. I know there are various situations where maybe they are developing a product for resale or have a special procedure. In any event, this thread was intended for all us...

The "What products/polishers and process did you use on that expensive ride" post

So as I sit here and read all these wonderful stories of great detailers mastering the profession on very high priced cars, I often wonder (if not stated) what products did they use? Pad selection, which polisher did they like best and what process did they follow. Although some of you do go...

DG 111, What you can expect

Thanks, I guess my shopping spree is not over! Although I did buy 501 for my Seadoo's when I bought my Rupes setup. Figure I will use the Rupes for both my cars and boats. I am going to buy gallons of this stuff now because I love it SOOO Much!

DG 111, What you can expect

So what is the best application? 601+105 together, or 601 dry, 105 on top? Also I am guessing you use 101 as a polish first, than 601 as a paint prep, followed by 105/111 as a sealant? Also why would you use 501 as it is marine? Soo many great products, so little knowledge on what I want...

    Look what showed up today!

I had to convince the wife. I am quite handy and have been polishing cars for about 3 years. Now it got serious though. But around here its anywhere from $350-800 for someone to detail for me depending on what level of correction and work involved. I see this as a cost saving measures. Yes I...

    Post Your Unpacking Pictures

Go big or go home. Wasn't THAT bad. Considering it would cost roughly $300-700 to have the car detailed. I figure after a year ofdetauling my two cars, it would pay for itself. And any side jobs I get are gravy!!

DG 111, What you can expect

So what is the difference between 105 and 111. I recently did 601+105 on my Sorento and got great results. I mean I expect that with Duragloss in general. To me it is the most cost effective, best looking for the money, product you can buy. Big question to me is the difference between these...

    Look what showed up today!

I am happy with it. I could have done better as I have seen the results with Zephyr. Oh I plan too. So far I loved it. Super fast and still learning the no pressure method. Its so hard to overcome, as I want to work the polisher instead of the polisher working itself. Thanks, I...
