I agree, that's why I'm still doing the polishing step. That said, I have inspected it under every type of light I can imagine . . . 1000 watt halogen work light, LED flashlight, Brinkmann dual xenon, noon sun, evening sun, garage fluorescents, and I can't find any micro marring.

To clarify, I'm mostly concerned about the Xpel Ultimate not adhering to the paint properly with CQUK applied to it. As long as the coating won't affect the Xpel installation, I'll go ahead and do it.

Yeah, that would be ideal, but the timing isn't. After the clear bra is installed I'll be out of town for a month, and by then, the weather may or may not cooperate. I need to get the major correction/protection work done this weekend so I can drive it without worrying too much.
