These stains are from improper washing. The shampoo from many car wash' is harsh for the materials, as it is (most of the time) a generic cleaner. this guys bike, they washed it with a veru harsh cleaner when the engine was hot. is there any possibility to polish it with a mini polisher or what...

for the pads i agree. for me, most of the time now, i use rupes yellow pads. so i have 8 of them. i hit every panel with one pad. most of my work and one step process is done with these. then for correction i use the rupes green ones. my point is , the pad you use most, its better to have it on...

with menzerna 400 and Meguires MF Cutting pads ( not the HEAVY ones ) i make wonders! but then i have to use my yellow rupes pad and yellow KERAMIK compound to polish it to perfection and get rid of some micro marring caused from MF pad

Fg400 finish very well. i use it with mf pads and results are very very good.

i dont see the reason to use other pads. for me with green pads and yellow i am hitting everything with success. you also should try for one step, rupes yellow pad with sonax perfect finish. great combo. one of my favourites. i found that the sweet spot for this machine is between 3,5-4,5. most...
