My son has a 2013 Dodge Ram with heated/cooled leather seats. It has perforated leather. What cleaner/conditioner should he use to clean and condition these seats with out blocking the perforations?

I did inspect it in the sun. The reason I want use aio is because this car is used only in the winter, 5 months of Northern Michigan weather. The other 7 months it is a "garage queen".
