I would lean toward CanCoat Evo. I think the with respect to NetShield the technology (very good for its time) is a little outdated.

As others have mentioned, you want to take a more gentle approach though you can do some (very light polishing). Gyeon does have a product (polish) specifically designed for PPF. I would also add in addition to using a gentle polish and pad combination, I might take the speed down and use less...
