Here is my version. It consists of 2 cheap movers dollys from harbor freight or northern tool, 8 short pieces of 2x2, and two pieces of string. Very quick and easy to put together. Just mock it up, outline where the 2x2 pieces go, then pre-drill and screw the 2x2s in place from the bottom...
