Little detailing tip for you guys. Look in the bottom left corner of the second pic in post 27 and you will see a pink pencil eraser with one of the corners cut off of it. That's 2500 sand paper wrapped over it and I use that to sand touch up paint when repairing nicks.
Hate to disagree with you guys but nothing beats hands on training, period. It will instill confidence and greatly shorten the learning curve to get you off to good start.
