well im trying to stay away from wet sanding a brand new truck. but i will have to try the other thngs:buffing:

Damn figures i have it rigged now to use the bigger pads but i can only use the meguiars pads with the plastic backer.. now what size should the backers be? because with the meg. one i have i could screw a 9/16 bolt in it but i thought everything was 5/16

What is the best for thos pesky spiderweb scratches? i have a black avalanche and it is just killing me to get them out and make it look like liquid paint. what is the best that you suggest? I have buffed it allready with 3M stuff for dark vehicles. cant rember the name of it off hand, then...

Ok i have one of those craftsman buffers with the 1/2 in shaft. why they did that i have no idea. is there a adaptor i can get to get it up to the standard shaft so i can use any pad?

i have used some of that but takes for ever and it took alot just do do a few stickers

i took a bunch of stickers off my snowmobile trailer, and now i have a bunch of residue. anyone have any good ideas besides a cpl gallons of wd-40 and glue remover? here is a pic of some of the stickers there is the exact same on the otherside

ahh went from 30 mpg to 17-20 depending how i drive this one has the 6.0 w/ 4.10 in it, really isn't too bad
