No, you don't have to go a swirl-o-matic. You can go to a brushless wash, you can go to a self-service car wash. There is no good reason to instill swirls on your car. Don't do it!

I wouldn't. The dealer prep would concern me the most.

You should add Iron X as a step after washing, and before claying, especially on a white car. You would be surprised at how much contamination/rail dust there may be on a new car. The rest of your steps look solid.

What size pads are you using? If you are not using the 5" hybrid pads already, you may find them less fatiguing to use than larger pads.

I recommend Dr. Colorchip, and have used it on many vehicles with great success.

The 5" Lake Country Hybrid pads along 4" plate are amazing, and don't skimp on the number of pads.
