Refreshing this thread, as I’m looking for a solution as well. Today I used Blue Magic Metal polish, which I’ve had great results with on other pieces. I’ve also used Chemical Guys Heavy Metal, both with sub-par results. Anyone find a product that works on this trim?

Is there anyway that I took the color off? Forgive my ignorance, but I was thinking worst case scenerio and that it's not just a stain. I have Chemical Guys leather cleaner, but the APC+ worked alot better, maybe too good. :(

It's a 99' 528i. Correct, I used the APC+ to clean it, then Chemical Guys Leather conditioner after that. I did all my leather and just that one area is an issue.

I detailed my interior the other day(Sunday). I have APC+, diluted 12:1. Cleaned the leather with that and one area in my backseat now has faded/spotted. See the pic. It was worse when it was wet. Can this be fixed? What do I need to do at this point?
