how cold can it be and still apply the AIO and the S paste? :confused: Feed back please

I have the AIO and Souveran to apply........how cold can it be out side and stll be applied??

need some input ..have a new 07 Avalanche Black.. Have hit it with liquid Ice....tried Nono wax. its ok .if I want to go Wolfgang Deep Gloss Sealant and top with P21 concours or Souveran paste, do I need to hit it with a precleaner first
