Any idea of what may have caused this?

Can that be wet sanded out? Have similar on my black Ram 1500 but on my hood. Was on the hood less than 45 minutes.

    2010 Jeep Wrangler

Sorry just saw this. I'm still fairly new at this and not really sure how to price stuff out yet. But I would say $300 just for my time and would have to figure out how much material costed me.

    2010 Jeep Wrangler

Well semi freebie, he split the cost with me on a Griots 3"polisher. That thing was a life saver for this Wrangler, still had to do some things by hand. He also bought beer, lunch, and dinner. I would have done it for free though, I wanted to tackle this jeep because I figured it would be very...

    2010 Jeep Wrangler

Thanks everyone, definitely was a major Pita, but I'm very pleased with the results. Think I'm going to upgrade from the HF DA polisher now that I'm confident in my abilities and I will now start charging people for my services.

    2010 Jeep Wrangler

Well I finished up my buddies 2010 Wrangler yesterday and I will say I'm pretty impressed with the results. I didnt think it would come out as good as it did. I had another thread going asking for advice on how to attack this, and thanks everyone who helped out. Friday night I washed it, cleaned...

Advice on 2010 Jeep Wrangler Paint Correction

Well I got started on the Wrangler today. Washed it, cleaned the engine, clayed it, and taped it off. Spent about 90 minutes just taping everything off, pulled the mirrors off, spare tire off, and wiper arms. Did a 20" x 20" test area and the FG400/SF4000 combo seamed to give me best results in...

    First show first place!!

Dont have that car anymore, but I had the stock Good year crap tires. 8lbs will put you deep in to the 12's. I agree with the post above mine, avoid the water box, due a nice burnout to heat up those rear tires and you will be decent.

    First show first place!!

Congrats and you will easily see 12's on street tires. My Charger RT had cam and minor bolt ons and ran consistent 13.2-13.4 on street tires. How much boost are you running?

Advice on 2010 Jeep Wrangler Paint Correction

Well I put a new front bumper on my buddies Jeep yesterday and had a chance to inspect the paint. Its pretty bad, tons of swirls, and scratches, cant feel any of the scratches with my finger nail though, more like surface scratches. So after doing some more reading on here would it be better to...
