Looking at your picture. It is difficult to tell if the film is needs to be replaced due to cloudiness, age or neglect or it's a non coated film OR the paint surface is orange peel free and a orange peel film was installed.

After we polish the headlights with 3M full program we offer the customer headlight protection film. This is another alternative to sealing. The headlight films we use are warranted for 7 years.
Sorry you can reeled in on a cheap Clear bra. This looks like clear vinyl cast material NOT a paint protection film. These products and companies that sell this stuff really ruin the paint protection industry.
