Wheel cleaner for WORK wheels or 3 piece wheels.

Hey OP, Sorry you had to go through some unpleasantness to get some actual help :( Although I dont have expensive Work VS-XX wheels, my Subaru STI does have some sensitive wheels which take a lot of damage from the huge 6 piston brake calipers the car has. I've had good success with the P21S...

Help! Need to get her looking sharp and wet before her internet debut!

Now that I've got your attention with that title :) I have a 2013 Subaru STI in Satin White Pearl. This color combined with the Subaru soft paint has been a battle keep up but with regular IronX+TarX decontamination and claying + Klasse AIO I've been able to keep the paint pretty well under...

Dealership made a huge mess >:(

Howdy folks, it's been a very long time since I posted here but I've been really spending a lot of time re-aquainting myself with detailing since getting my new car (well it was new a year ago). I have an issue though. A couple weeks ago I washed, clayed and put on a coat of Klasse AIO. Last...

What is a GOOD Inexpensive Car Wash Soap/Shampoo

Throwing my vote in for Poorboy's Super Slick & Suds. Tried a few others (Meg's GC, DG901) but I always come back to the PB's. Amazingly slick, works great and smells so good you almost want to drink it. Don't though. Tastes terrible.

Polished my 2006 Civic Si (advice VERY welcome!!!)

Ah, forgot I had a shot of my interior taken a couple days ago. Floor looks a bit dirty as it's been about a month since I detailed the interior, and the mats are in need of a good steam-cleaning. But everything else has been cleaned with DP's Total Interior Cleaner 50/50 (I find this works...

1957 Chevrolet Belair Extreme Makeover - Flex 3401 & Wolfgang Smackdown!

First of all, amazing detail and write-up Mike. I learned alot just reading through the picture quotes. At the same time, I hate you, because it makes me want to spend so much more money to buy the products you mentioned! Now I see why you're so highly regarded. Absolutely amazing job and your...

O.C.Detailing (Lynchburg, VA.) - 1998 Porsche Boxter (Hardcore Paint Correction!)

Wow. Looking at those before pictures, I can't believe that there had been other detailers that had worked on it. You did an amazing job. And yeah, I like that rear quarter as well. The reflection is amazing. This picture is absolutely amazing. It looks just like a mirror, if I hadn't seen...

Polished my 2006 Civic Si (advice VERY welcome!!!)

Thaks for the reply :) Yeah, i'm a little torn between trying the Wolfgang TSR 3.0 or Menzerna polishes the next time. I've seen such amazing results posted from people using the Menzerna (even on this 8th gen Civic which has really bad orange-peel paint), that i'm really tempted to try that...

Thanks very much for the advice. I'll try that. I've heard great things about the 303 but haven't bought any yet. Looks like another product to tack to the list on my next order :xyxthumbs:

Polished my 2006 Civic Si (advice VERY welcome!!!)

Yeah, it was really hard to do. Especially under the mirrors. I did that by hand with 4" pads. Edited my previous reply to you about your engine detailing if you didn't see it.

Polished my 2006 Civic Si (advice VERY welcome!!!)

Yeah. I wasn't happy with the 6.5" pads with the divots at all. The curve along the body just under the door was brutal to do with those. 7424 would stop spinning almost instantly. With the lone 5" solid pad with the curved edges I had, was much easier. And I see by your avatar, your engine bay...

Polished my 2006 Civic Si (advice VERY welcome!!!)

Thanks for the reply! They're Xenon. TSX projectors retrofitted into stock Civic headlights. Hella ballasts and Phillips 4300K D2S bulbs. Still trying to piece together parts for a S2000 AP1 retrofit. Stupid expensive though =\

Polished my 2006 Civic Si (advice VERY welcome!!!)

Well, i've had all the stuff (7424+XMT polishes) for a year but never got around to polishing my Kaitlyn (yeah, I named her. First new car i've ever owned and I always wanted an Si so she's kind of special to me lol). I was really nervous doing it, and it didn't turn out quite as well as i'd...

    Auto Detail: Nissan GT-R

Very very nice work. That's such a gorgeous car, love to see one in person up close (only seen one around here and it was going the other way down the freeway).
