About two years ago my trucks paint was keyed 360 pretty bad , So I had it repainted OEM black with a touch of blue pearl came out very nice. So here's the problem, 6-7 months after the repaint I notice every key scratch appearing through , like some sort of indent but under the clear. Any ideas...

Quick question? Is optimum tire shine watery or a thick liquid? Also I did order it by the gallon along with power clean and protectant plus and these two were sealed with that foil, but not the tire shine is that how all the gallons of tire shine are shipped? Thanks, Daniel
