This was from a reputable well vetted shop...will probably wait til spring for the redo and then ask owner if he wants me to polish the coating or what he suggests. Just wanted to share so others knew there is a potential. And as stated and I knew... Optinum isnt even one of the best/slickest...

I have the Porter Cable 7424xp and wish I had stepped up to a better machine. A bit of a learning curve...to get right speed with the right amount of pressure. But then again...I am a rookie and only polish my truck once a year....if that.

Thanks for all the replies..I may get the 253 for my tires and BF for my mats. I tried 303...looked nice...but left them a lil slippery. Been using trim spray...works just OK. They really dont get dirty...I just like a "like new" appearance. Prolly my OCD kicking in.

Looking for suggestion for a product to maintain new look on rubber floor mats. Dont like the way the black mats...kinda look dull and greyish black after a while. Also dont want them slick. Saw weather Tec makes one.
