I have just had a clear carbra installed on my new Black RS5 and they did a great job, problem was they rested the paper that the film was on on top of my bonnet and each time they removed the film it must of scraped the paint leaving surface scratches. I was advised to use Menzerna Power Gloss...

Thanks for the replies. I had a couple of marks and used some swissvax paint cleaner to remove them and ended up causing more marks/damage than what was already there. The marks have basically scuffed the clear film. I was going to try a DA buffer but worried I will cause more damage as my car...

Is it possible to remove marks/scuffs from a clear carbra? Anyone have a suggestion on what to use?

I use 5050 regularly, I don't have a lot compare it to other than PB nattys blue. All I can say is it's very easy to apply and remove and gives an amazing shine on black

I have been using CG citrus wash then sprayed with V7 followed by Blacklight and another coat of V7 then a coat of CG 5050 paste wax. The shine is unbelievable on black paint

Sorry im a little confused still about eraser do you polish the car then wipe eraser over all the paint before applying wax or sealant? Wouldn't this remove what polish has been applied?

Great review and awesome job. I just bought some Eraser and unsure on exactly how to use it, do you use this after correcting and polishing? Did you wipe it all over the paintwork before waxing?

Havent had a lot of experience with Poorboys but I have layered CG Blacklight and don't notice a huge difference in hiding swirls/imperfections on black paint but I think the gloss improves. In saying the above it doesn't stop me from applying a coat of Blacklight and V7 after every wash each week.
