It looks like the protective film may still be on the screen. These are really thin plastic films. Look around the edges and if that is it you can peel it off. Otherwise Lexus should be happy to help fix it. Sent from my iPhone using AGOnline

I bought one and it has been very useful in cleaning my wash mitt. I use a rinseless wash method and I have worked hard to find a way to clean the mitt and this is the easiest by far. I agree that you only need one for the rinse bucket. Good review by the way.

I do rinseless also. I wash all my towels all the time after I clean the car. I do this to keep the scratches to a minimum. Using a dirty wash mit or towel again sounds scary to me. I even replace my wash mitt yearly.

I use rinseless, it seems waterless can be so expensive over time. Pinnacle Liquid Gloss Rinseless Wash with Carnauba is my rinseless I have ordered this for years now. It lasts me a year for 32 oz. I also use this to wash three cars. Get good towels and a mit. I wash them as soon as I am done.
