Is P21S Paintwork Cleanser, the same type of product as Menzerna PO 85RD. Do they serve the same purpose?

Hey guys, I have a question. Is using M105, M205, PS21 Paintwork Cleanser, sealant/M26, and Wolfgang Fuzion in this order overkill? Also, do I need a polish? If so, who makes a good one?
