Which is your main "go-to" AIO (All In One)?

I tried Meguiar's White Wax a couple of weeks ago, and I was very impressed. Cleaning ability is outstanding as evidenced by my pads (super dirty). Really brought out the depth in my wife's silver RX330. It also was very effective at removing swirls. This is with only 4 passes max per...

    Washing microfiber towels - revisited

I wash everything together. Engine, grease, heavy brake dust towels go in the trash. For really dirty towels that I want to save, I put them into a bucket with APC, 303 Fabric cleaner, or Griot's foam and pad cleaner to pre-soak while I finish up. I rinse them off a bit to get the loose stuff...

Whats your go to Microfiber Detergent right now and why?

Put it in perspective. If lots of guys are not using mf specific detergents and are getting clean, non-marring towels that work as they're supposed to, why wouldn't it be sufficient? If I find something that works, I go with it.

Whats your go to Microfiber Detergent right now and why?

I don't think that's an accurate analogy. I think everyone agrees that using a quality detergent without perfumes and dyes, no fabric softener, are musts. It's not like using Tide is skimping out. Now, using great value brand from wlamart or similar might be considered skimping out, but just...

Whats your go to Microfiber Detergent right now and why?

Microfiber has so many uses other than auto detailing, but auto detailing is the only industry that heavily markets these "special" formulations. Why? Probably because enthusiasts will pay for that extra assurance that they're going the extra mile. Frankly, Tide (free and clear prefereably) is...

Review: Meguiar's White Wax AIO Cleaner Wax

Thanks! I can live with it but it is certainly and odd choice of packaging.

I tested the waxes I had on hand......

I'm of the opinion that as far as waxes go, any quality wax will look as good as the next. There are other considerations like ease of use, buffing off, drying time, smell, longevity, etc., but in terms of pure looks, 95% of it is in the paint prep, not the lsp.

Review: Meguiar's White Wax AIO Cleaner Wax

Please forgive me the half-assed review as I was not planning on writing a review, but thought I would share my opinion on this White Wax by Meguiar's. In the land of daily drivers, most of us have found out the hard way that keeping fine swirls and scratches off a daily driver is like trying...

Why NOT dry with a cheap chamois?

^^this pretty much sums it up! I had one of those "absorber" and all types of leather chamois once upon a time. And then I discovered microfiber ww towels.

Giveaway! Wolfgang Uber All In One + Pinnacle Advanced Compound!

I wouldn't mind writing a review for both products. I have some stubborn oxidation that I need to hit with a compound, and am interested in seeing what the AIO can do to a daily driver.

How often to Polish a car in near excellent condition?

Just use a light polishing (white) or fine finishing pad (blue or black) with an AIO and you should be fine.

Plastic window soft top convertible - how to make clear

Stop by an auto parts store and pick up some plastic polish. Put it on a foam pad and go to town- after you've done a test spot, that is.
