    Where/How did you learn to detail?

    Started in the late 80's doing cars with my friend for his uncle he owned a mini storage and bought and sold cars.I remember using rm compound in a gallon can and spread it with a paint brush,3m polish, big old polisher and liquid ebony. It is amazing how things have changed over the years.

    Looks good,i would suggest using the handle for more control til you get used to the polisher, with practice you will just glide over the paint.

    When i worked in a shop we used automagic,hi-tech industries,and sterling laboratories, which i think is part of hi- tech in southfield,mi.

    Hello, new to autogeek used to work in a detail shop in the late 90's changed careers now mostly do my own vehicles, 2004 pontiac grand prix gt2, caravan, and 2000 sterling dump truck. Hope to learn a few new things and try some different products. Thanks.
