I like to spritz the pad with the pad conditioner and then lay a few lines of wax down. I then spread it out with my finger and try to cover the whole pad. After that I just put 3 to 4 dimes spots and get to work. I also wipe after each section and clean the pad after each panel.

Yeah, mine is doing the same thing. I did notice after I finished last night that if I took the fresh cleaned pad and wiped on it softly that it would remove some hardend residue.

Mike, you are the MAN!!! I was able to go play with it for a minute today. I switched to the 205 and a orange pad and everything polished up. Now that I know what needs to be done I will be back at it this weekend and will hopefully be able to finish it up. Thanks again.
