I'm just trying to save where I can. I seem to only to able to find the 10 pack, which comes out to around $30 before S&H. That's basically 4 days worth of meals (on a broke college student budget).
I bought the Cquartz UK kit that comes with 5 suede applicator pieces and one suede towel. I just finished applying Cquartz, but have ~3/4 of the bottle left.
I was hoping to reuse the suede pieces and towel for next year's application.
Will they still be suitable for use? I know that suede...
So I'm getting the sense that the best thing to do is to just wait until next spring to do this?
And I currently have Klasse sealant on right now. Should I reapply it now or wait a little more?
I just want to get one quick detail in before it gets too cold. My last detail was back in May and now the swirls are all back!
Anyways, I was just wondering if it's a good idea to just compound my car and not polish afterwards. It seems that just polishing does not remove a good portion of the...

Look at all that grime!

So I rarely every pay attention to them, to be honest.
But today I just detailed my car and the only thing that sticks out is the dull/black/rusting? exhaust tips.
The outside layer looks like aluminum (alloy?) and really isn't that bad. The inside, however, looks like steel and is blackened...
Some months ago I was washing my polishing pads and laid them on a table to dry. Someone put them in a bin in the corner and I forgot all about them until today. When I found them all my white pads were light orange.
I'm just curious if I can still use them. Would it hurt the paint?
Thanks.
